RECIPE:
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/3c peanut butter
- 1/3c greek yogurt
- 1/3c low fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 and 1/2c oats
- 1/4c mixed chopped nuts (optional)
HOW TO:
- Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then mix together
- Divide mixture into 6 and bake on a tray at 150c for 20 mins
- DONE!
