For the waffles (or pancakes) :
3 egg whites
50g mashed banana
1 tbsp coconut flour
35g ground oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
lots of cinnamon
vanilla extract
almond milk until desired consistency
Chia Latte Topping:
Chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Yogurt coated sunflower seeds
Macadamia nuts
I also added 1/2c blueberries and 100g banana sliced for extra flavour.
