Whether you are trying to build muscle, get leaner or just want to maintain your health getting an good amount of protein is necessary. Many people underestimate how much protein is required; personally I probably overeat protein but my body works well on it.
In order to take in an adequate amount of protein it is important to have good quality sources on hand.
Currently I am eating 6 large meals a day, all of which include protein, fats and carbs. Below I have listed some of my favourite protein sources along with many other ideas you may like to try.

- Tinned tuna
- Hard boiled eggs
- Protein waffles or pancakes
- Quest bars
- Mugcakes
- Nuts (not a huge amount of protein but a good extra)
Others:
- Cottage cheese (try with pineapple and pumpkin seeds!)
- Greek yogurt (add your own fruit or honey)
- Protein bars
- Protein shakes
