These sweet potato chips are a staple in my diet. They are so versatile; cinnamon spiced, smoked paprika or simply just salt and black pepper. I love to make them soft but they can easily be made crispy if you prefer.
You need:
Sweet potato
Coconut or Olive Oil

How to:
- Slice your sweet potato - for CRISPY slice 0.5cm - for SOFT slice 1-1.5cm
- Coat both sides of the slices with your oil of choice
- Sprinkle spices over the slices
- Bake in a pre-heated over for 10-15 mins
- Take out, turn over the slices and put more coconut or olive oil on the top side (KEY!!!)
- Place back in the oven for another 5 minutes
