On the Sunday of every week I will post it on my Instagram. Each week will be something different; last week was legs exercises so this week might be shoulders or back or abs etc.
During the week I would love it if you would all take part in the challenge and tag me in a post after you have completed it so I can spread your hard work and motivation with my other followers.
Don't worry if you don't have a gym as I will make them accessible to everyone using only equipment you could have at home (For example: Dumbbells). As I mentioned before you don't have to use weights if you don't want to.
