Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day (possibly because its the first meal? or because it includes waffles? ;) but it can sometimes be confusing as to what to have for the 'most important meal of the day'. I believe breakfast (as with any meal) should include a good balance of protein, carbs and fat. I personally enjoy very large breakfasts (at least 800 cals; usually more) to fuel me up for the day and kick start my metabolism. Below I have listened plenty of breakfast ideas to try out....
