I have shared a lot on nutrition lately; the right nutrition is vital to reach your goals. However, choosing the right exercises, reps, sets, order etc is also very important to maximise your gains.
At the moment I am working gluteus 3 times a week; 2 times a week hard and then 3 isolated exercises on my arm day.

- Barbell Hip Thrusts - 8-10 reps 5 sets
- Cable Kickbacks - 8-10 reps 4 sets each leg
- Dumbbell Split Squats 10-12 reps 4 sets each leg
- Weighted Step ups 8 reps 4 sets each leg (a new fav thanks to my girl Chels)
