I have finally returned home from Centre Parcs and Im back in the gym (Thank God). My first workout back had to be legs and it was probably one of the best workouts I have EVER had!
It was filled with dropsets and supersets galore and finished off with an ab superset.
If you want a sure way to burn out those quads try out the dropset below...
Leg extensions 3 double dropsets 15-20 reps; this was crazy!! A double dropset is when you drop the weight twice rather than one drop.
As I said, I finished off my workout with an ab superset...
SS: Incline leg pull ins 20 x 4
lying leg pull ins 20 x 4
Remember not to rest in the middle of supersets ;)
