Chest day...I go through phases with my training where I prefer to train certain parts over others. At the moment, Chest is NOT my favourite. So to make things interesting I decided to change up my Chest Day and make it into a HIIT workout.
I started with 15 mins Stepper HIIT before launching into supersets, each separated with 5 mins of HIIT cardio. I have posted the first few below...
15 mins HIIT stepper
SS: 10 Incline DB chest press
20 Decline sit ups
x6
5 mins cardio machine
SS: 8 Cable crossovers
15 Hanging leg raises
x6
5 mins cardio machine
The rest of my workout continued in the same way. If you don't work up a sweat, something is VERY wrong haha.
