I just realised its been nearly a month since I wrote a blog; life has been so busy right now but I am going to make a huge effort to bring you a continuously streaming blog with new information, workouts and recipes.
December is always a great month for me: Its My Birthday and Christmas. 7 days into the new Month and I have a lot of new goals which I am really excited about.
As many of you know I decided to run the Belfast City Marathon in May 2015. I have 25 weeks, a lot of determination, and a lot of support.
I will most definitely be a challenge but its nothing I can't conquer.
I have devised a training plan to slowly increase my mileage and taper back before the race. It will include 3 runs a week (1 short, 1 medium and 1 long).
I have no time in mind, my aim at the moment is to complete it.
I will be doing the race to raise money for Breast Cancer, as this is very close to my heart.
Let the training begin.....
