I love weekend workouts because there is no time pressure, no rushing off to class or worrying about what needs to be done the rest of the day.
Today I worked Shoulders and Chest; one of my favourite workouts. I find going really heavy, low reps on Chest works well for me, however I do combine some higher volume work just to give my muscles a bit of a 'rest'.
For 'Supersetting Saturday' I'm going to share with you a few of the supersets I combined into my workout today.
Superset 1:
8 DB Decline Chest Press
20 DB Lateral Raises
x4
Superset 2:
6 Cable Crossovers
15 DB Chest Flys
x4
Superset 3:
Drop Set Pectoral Machine
15 Incline Chest Press Machine
x4
