Since I get so many questions on my workouts I decided to share 3 trisets from todays workout for 'Wonderful Workout Wednesday'.
Todays workout was Shoulders and Core. When I work Shoulders I love to combine A LOT of volume along with some very heavy sets.
Triset 1:
25 DB front raise
25 DB lateral raise
8 Plate overhead raise
x4
Triset 2:
8 DB shoulder press
20 DB arnold press
12 DB prone flys
x4
Triset 3:
Cable front raise until failure
Cable lateral raise until failure
Cable rotator cuff pull until failure
x4
No resting between sets ;)
These 3 trisets were part of todays Shoulder workout alone with some extra Shoulder work and a little core.
