Tuesday.
Usually on a Tuesday I run 5k, do some yoga, shower and then head to class. However, today I have decided to change it up a little and work on some X training.
Todays Workout Plan:
30 minutes Chest Workout - For the first time I am going with NO plan of exercises, I will just do some killer supersets and keep moving.
30 minutes Elliptical - Miserable but Im hoping to build up my endurance more and I will study at the same time haha YES I am that girl who studies on the cardio machine ;)
After Class I may or may not go back to the gym to walk on the treadmill whilst I study for my Biology Final. (I actually find doing exercise will I study makes the information stick much better, plus I don't get as bored).
Pre workout Breakfast this morning was my usual 4 whole eggs with a mountain of Kale (I'm talking like 200g raw), red pepper, mushrooms, chicken in coconut oil + an apple with a lot of cashew butter + blueberries.
