I get asked frequently for my pancake recipe so I thought it should be one of the first ones I shared.

I get asked frequently for my pancake recipe so I thought it should be one of the first ones I shared.
RECIPE:
- 40grams of ground gluten free oats (I just blend them)
- 50grams of mashed banana
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 8grams of vanilla protein powder (can omit)
- 1 tbsp ground almonds (can omit)
- 60g greek yogurt
- water
HOW TO:
- Mix all wet ingredients together first (banana, egg whites, yogurt)
- Then add all the dry ingredients
- Mix well and add water as needed (I usually need about 1/3c)
- Leave to set overnight (don't need to but it makes the flavours and consistency better)
- In the morning cook stove top
- Top with whatever you want (I like greek yogurt, chocolate, berries and nuts)
