RECIPE:
- 1/3c ground oats
- 1 tbsp ground almonds (or coconut flour)
- 1/3 small mashed banana
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- cinnamon
- chocolate chips or chocolate cut into small squares (i used Lindt blueberry intense)
- sliced banana
HOW TO:
- Mix wet and dry separate and then together
- Spoon 2 spoonfuls of mixture onto a hot pan, spread into a circle, place banana slices and some choc chips into the mixture
- Cook, flip, cook and ENJOY!
