RECIPE:
HOW TO:
- 1/4c ground oats
- 1 tbsp ground almonds
- 1/4c pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Cinnamon, a pinch of All spice and a splash of water
HOW TO:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Mixture should be very thick
- Spoon onto a pan, cook, flip, cook
- Stack and top with hot cinnamon banana and peanut butter!
