Theres so many great combinations for you to try but I will post my basic recipe that I use daily.
RECIPE:
- 80 grams pure rolled gluten free oats
- 16g vanilla protein powder
- water
- toppings ( I love berries, yogurt, chocolate, nuts and seeds)
How to:
- put the oats in a large jug or bowl along with 2 cups of water
- cook in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and then stir
- add protein powder and mix very well
- cook for another 1-1.5 mins stirring every 30 seconds.
- pour into a bowl and then add toppings and ENJOY (being careful not to burn yourself)
