- 120g banana mashed
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3c ground oats
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Lots of cinnamon
- Blueberries
HOW TO:
- Mix wet and dry separately and then together
- Pour into cases
- Add blueberries
- Cook in the oven for 10/15 mins at 250c
