- 200g sweet potato
- 2 egg whites
- 150g Chopped tomato
- Italian spice mix
- Toppings (Chicken, veggies etc)
HOW TO:
- Boil and Mash the sweet potato
- Whisk the egg whites and mix in the potato
- Spoon mixture onto a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15 mins at 200c
- Meanwhile cook the chicken in italian spices
- Simmer the chopped tomato with italian spices for 10 mins (will become thick)
- Top the base with tomato, chicken, veggies, cheese etc and bake for another few mins
