If you have never tried these I would seriously recommend trying them ASAP! They are a great side dish or snack, filled with protein and healthy fats.
RECIPE:
HOW TO:
- 1 zucchini or 250g grated
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsbp ground almonds
- Any spices you wish ( I use garlic and onion powder and chilli flakes)
HOW TO:
- In a bowl whisk the egg
- Add grated zucchini and ground almonds
- Mix well with a spoon
- Heat a pan (and spray or use coconut oil)
- Place the mixture onto the hot pan in spoonfuls (just like pancakes)
- Cook, Flip, Cook and ENJOY!
