RECIPE:
- 1/3c ground oats
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used cookies and cream)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 egg whites
- 100g mashed banana
- Raspberries
HOW TO:
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT berries together in a large bowl
- Spoon mixture into cupcake cases
- Place 1-2 raspberries in each case
- Bake in the oven for 15 mins at 200c
